Marinated Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
    1 pear, cut into chunks
    1 nectarine, cut into chunks
    2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate, undiluted
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. chopped fresh mint
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice and set aside.
    Combine pineapple, pear, apple and nectarine.
    Set aside.
    Combine reserved pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, honey and mint.
    Pour over fruit and toss gently.
    Cover and chill, stirring occasionally.
