Chicken Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. Birds Eye sweet corn, thawed and drained
    1 medium red pepper, cut into small strips
    1 1/2 c. original Minute rice or Minute premium long grain rice
    1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken in hot oil until lightly browned.
    Add water, tomato sauce and seasoning mix; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add corn and red pepper. Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
