East Breakfast(Great For Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices thin bread
    6 slices American cheese
    6 slices Canadian bacon
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Trim crust from bread and place 6 slices in oblong baking dish. Put a slice of cheese and bacon on each bread slice and then cover with remaining bread.
    Now beat eggs until fluffy, add milk, salt and pepper and dry mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set and brown on top.
