Ground Beef - Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed (may use canned or fresh)
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Stir in tomato sauce, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir and simmer 10 minutes.
    Combine spinach (pressed very dry), cottage cheese, parsley flakes, oregano and salt. Spoon spinach mixture around side of casserole dish.
    Put hamburger mixture in center.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
