Saucy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 pkg. dry tomato soup
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    2 tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine beef, green pepper, celery, onion, eggs, soup mix, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper; blend well. Shape into a loaf.
    Place in a 9 x 13 pan.
    In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, water and brown sugar; blend well and pour over the meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes or until meat is no longer pink inside.
