Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    3 carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped in large pieces
    3 or more potatoes, cut in large pieces
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, chopped in large pieces
Preparation
    Lay raw meat and vegetables in bottom of roaster pan.
    Mix the tomato juice, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper and pour over meat and vegetables.
    Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0 (covered).
    Delicious.
