Cheese Pecan Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sharp cheese
    1 large minced onion
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cheeses and onion by hand.
    Add salt and Tabasco sauce. Refrigerate several hours.
    Shape and roll in pecans and parsley. Can be frozen. Makes 30 servings.
