Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. lard
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, add 1 at a time
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. jam
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
