Virginia'S Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. (30 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. (2 c.) Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Skinner lasagna
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce and water.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Cook lasagna.
    In a bowl, stir together Ricotta, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Arrange 3 pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce.
    Cover with 1 cup sauce.
    Spread 1/2 cheese filling over sauce.
    Repeat layers of lasagna sauce and cheese filling.
    Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 until heated, about 20 minutes.
