Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash
    crackers
    about 1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    pecans
Preparation
    Cut squash in half; take out seeds (also cut small piece of end off so they will sit up).
    Bake, cavity side down, in a baking dish with about 1/2 inch of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Pour off water; turn squash over and fill with filling.
