Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked tomatoes or juice
    1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or other fat
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper and sugar together for 15 minutes.
    Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Add tomato mixture to milk mixture, stirring gradually.
