Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3/4 lb. Parkay margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
5 unbeaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
3 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Beat until fluffy; then add milk.
Slowly add flour and beat on low speed until batter is smooth.
Pour into tube pan or two loaf pans (greased and well floured).
Bake at 325\u00b0 (tube pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and loaf pans for 45 to 60 minutes).
