Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. peeled zucchini
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
Preparation

Fix package of Stove Top according to package directions; add 1/4 cup more water.
Parboil zucchini for 5 minutes and drain. Place 1/2 Stove Top mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and press into bottom of pan.
