Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. roast beef, thinly sliced
6 medium potatoes, boiled
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation

In salad bowl, combine beef, potatoes and tomatoes.
In a mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and tarragon; mix well.
Pour over salad.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Garnish with egg slices.
Serves 4.
