Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. ground garlic
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
3 c. chicken broth
drop of cayenne pepper
6 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In skillet, put in 2 tablespoons oil. Saute onion, pepper, celery and parsley until soft and done.
Add beef, pork, chicken broth and pepper.
Cook 20 minutes.
In big kettle of rice add sauce and all ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
