Miniature Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 large eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 72 mini-muffin tins with paper baking cups.
    Melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-low heat.
    Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar and vanilla until blended.
    Add eggs and stir briskly. Gradually stir in flour, then nuts.
    Fill baking cups 3/4 full. Bake 1 sheet at a time, 22 to 24 minutes until pick inserted in center comes out almost clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Store airtight. Brownies freeze well for up to 3 months.
