Decorator'S Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. shortening (Crisco)
3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. white vanilla
dash of salt
1 box 10x sugar

Preparation

Beat all together.
Can be used as cake frosting, or to decorate cake.
May add water, 1/2 teaspoon at a time, if needed. Also, tint, if desired.
