Creole Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 crabs
    2 doz. oysters
    2 doz. shrimp
    2 doz. okra
    4 stems large celery
    3/4 c. tomato pasta
    2 small bell peppers
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    salt and pepper to tate
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Chop seasoning and saut lightly. Make roux with flour and shortening. Put 3 quarts of water in pot and bring to boil. Add tomato paste and roux to boiling water. Add seasonings and crabs. Cook for about 1 hour. Add shrimp and oysters about 10 minutes before cooking is finished.
