Ingredients

1 small pkg. macaroni
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. water
1/2 lb. cheese
1/4 lb. dried beef
Preparation

Cook macaroni; melt butter and blend in flour seasonings.
Add diluted milk gradually.
Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add shredded or thinly sliced cheese; stir until it begins to melt.
Scald dried beef and add to sauce.
Add macaroni and pour into greased baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
