Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine cake mix, oranges (with juice) eggs and oil.
Beat 2 minutes at high speed with electric mixer.
Reduce speed to low for 1 minute.
Pour batter in 2 greased and floured pans, either round or square.
(Can also be baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cake should be just springy to touch in the center.
Let cake cool thoroughly.
