Ingredients

1 lb. German chocolate (four 4 oz. bars)
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
10 Tbsp. soft butter
4 eggs, separated
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to 425\u00b0.
Melt chocolate gently with the water in
top
of
double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Should be done very slowly.
Remove melted chocolate from heat and stir
in the
flour,
sugar
and
butter.
Beat the yolks lightly
and whisk into chocolate mixture gradually.
Beat the whites until they hold a definite shape but are not dry.
Fold into chocolate mixture.
