Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water (not hot)
7 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or use prepared or homemade spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
other toppings (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast over warm water.
In a large bowl, stir flour and salt. Add dissolved yeast.
Mix thoroughly.
Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
Shape into ball.
Place in greased bowl. Grease top of dough.
Cover and let rise in draft free, warm place until doubled.
