Hamburger Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck beef
    2 Tbsp. butter, oil or margarine
    3 small onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. Chinese chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Cook meat until soft and crumbly.
    Add onions and celery to meat.
    Add pepper and soy sauce, mix well.
    Add soups, water and rice, mix well and stir into casserole and cover.
    In 350\u00b0 oven, bake 1/2 hour, stir and continue to bake another 1/2 hour.
    Remove and top with noodles.
    Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more.
    Serves 8.
    (Is more flavorful if made the day before then reheated before serving.)
