Best Ever Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter (or margarine)
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together butter, Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add vanilla (coconut flavoring is also good).
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 80 minutes or until it tests done.
