Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 green pepper, minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 stalks celery, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken stock
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Saute vegetables, except tomatoes, in oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken stock, tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
