Cabbage-Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg frozen spinach or 1 can spinach
Preparation

Melt margarine in a skillet.
Add cloves of minced garlic and cabbage.
Place a tight fitting lid on sauce pan and allow cabbage to steam about 15 minutes.
Add spinach and return lid to pan. Cook until spinach is heated and cabbage is crisp tender.
