Cajun Red Beans And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cold cooked rice
1 (15.5 oz.) can red beans, drained
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation

In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, chili powder, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Shake well.
Pour over rest of ingredients in large bowl.
Mix gently to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serves 12.
