Skillet Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. corn oil
    3 1/2 c. hot water
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Saute onions, pepper and rice in oil in skillet over high heat until lightly brown, stirring constantly.
    Add hot water and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover tightly.
    Simmer 25 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
