Sausage And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
10 slices American cheese
3 c. whole milk
1 lb. ground sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
12 eggs
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Brown and drain sausage. Butter bread.
Line the pan with 4 slices of bread, cut in half and buttered side down.
Cover with sausage.
Add the cheese slices to cover the meat.
Add rest of the bread, halved and buttered side up.
Beat eggs well; add milk.
Pour over the bread. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
