Broccoli Puff Pie(Makes 6 Servings, 9-Inch Pie Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie shell, prebaked and cooled
    2 c. cooked, chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place butter in custard cup.
    Microwave on High until butter melts.
    Stir warm butter into broccoli, to coat.
