Cream Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. pecan halves (1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar, pecans and milk in heavy saucepan.
    Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (238\u00b0). Cool slightly and beat with spoon until mix begins to thicken.
