Stuffed Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sugar (4 c.)
    1 qt. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Clean hot peppers and cut off ends.
    Stuff with sauerkraut and stand up in quart jars.
    Bring brine to a boil.
    Keep brine boiling hot.
    Cover the peppers and seal jars.
