Pita Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large pita bread, split in half
    softened cream cheese
    leeks
    leafy lettuce
    thin sliced deli meat (e.g. smoked ham)
Preparation
    Mix minced leeks in cream cheese.
    Spread on pita.
    Top with meat, then lettuce.
    Roll up tight, then wrap in plastic wrap. Put in fridge overnight.
    Eat whole or slice into pinwheels for snacks.
