Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. milk
2 c. mixed vegetables
2 to 3 c. chopped chicken (white meat)
Preparation

Buy ready made pie crusts.
(They are folded in a box, 2 crusts to a box.)
Line a 9 x 12-inch pan with the crust.
Put butter in a skillet and saut onion and celery until vegetables are soft.
You can also saut the mixed vegetables a little before adding them.
Boil your chicken breasts and cut them up into small pieces.
