Pearlie'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter or margarine
6 eggs
1 large container cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sweet cream
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Moisten cornstarch with a little cream; blend cottage cheese in food processor.
Add eggs one at a time, sugar, lemon rind, cornstarch and vanilla.
Last, mix in cream.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until done in center, about 1 hour.
