Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 egg
    salt to taste
    oil
    corn meal
Preparation
    Mix egg, salmon and salt in bowl; add enough corn meal to make a stiff batter.
    Pinch off.
    Roll into ball and flatten (pat flat in hand).
    Fry in frypan on medium-high heat.
    Turn once; drain on paper towel.
    Good served with dry peas or beans.
