Mississippi Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. cheese, diced (American)
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 to 6 slices bacon, fried
Preparation

Toss potatoes with mayo, salt, pepper, diced cheese and onion. Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 uncovered for 1 hour.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
Can be made ahead and frozen.
