Linda Aquilina'S Eileen Rocks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 oz. bourbon
    1 1/2 c. light raisins
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheets lightly with margarine.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Work softened butter in bowl until creamy.
    Add sugar and blend well. Add eggs and beat well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with bourbon.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Stir in raisins. Drop by teaspoon of dough 2 inches apart.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
    Cool on a cookie sheet and then place on a wire rack to cool.
