Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 to 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. soda
1 c. seedless golden raisins
Preparation

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Beat egg.
Add butter and vanilla.
