Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon, grated rind and juice
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then butter and beaten egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold in last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 55 minutes or until golden brown.
