Reuben, Reuben Dip(Makes 2 Cups) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. finely chopped, sliced, corned beef
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. drained, chopped sauerkraut
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
rye crackers or bread sticks for dipping
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and sauerkraut.
Cook over low heat to combine ingredients as cheese melts.
Thin with milk to dipping consistency.
Serve warm with rye crackers or bread sticks.
