Clam Cheese Dunk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 softened (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) can chopped clams
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 minced clove garlic
3 tsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mash cheese.
Drain clams; save juice.
Add clams, Tabasco, garlic, onion and lemon juice to cheese; add enough clam juice for dunking consistency.
Serve with chips.
Yields 2 to 2 1/2 cups.
