Beef And Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. top round, cubed
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 large sweet potatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 lb. bacon, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 large potatoes, diced (white)
Preparation

In medium skillet over medium heat, saute beef cubes in oil until dark brown.
Add water, soy sauce, 3 cups cabbage, onion, bacon, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, potatoes (both kinds) and ketchup.
Cover and cook on low heat, 6 to 8 hours.
Before serving, heat again on high heat.
Add the 1 cup of cabbage left. Serve.
