Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw potatoes, grated
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Stir in a little flour if potatoes are watery.
    Shape into cakes and fry in a well-greased skillet.
    Or fry in deep fat, turning once.
    Delicious served with applesauce as a topping.
