Cajun Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (do not drain)
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    Tony's to taste
    2 cans black-eyed peas
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and bell pepper. Add tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes, then add peas and cook 15 minutes. Add onion soup mix and Tony's. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
