Creamy Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 medium squash
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 medium onion
    8 to 10 slices American cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and slice squash. Cook until tender. Saute onion in oleo. After the squash has been mashed, add the onion along with the rest of the ingredients and heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
