Jackie Kennedy'S Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cucumber, scored and sliced thin
1 Tbsp. minced scallion
1/3 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. salad oil or less, added just before serving
Preparation

Make a marinade of all ingredients, except oil.
Pour over cucumber slices.
Cover and store in refrigerator; stir occasionally.
Before serving, add salad oil and stir well. Serves 2.
