Shepherd'S Pie(Aka "The Ploughman'S Lunch") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    3 to 5 lb. potatoes
    2 cubes beef bouillon
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sliced carrots
    grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and prepare mashed potatoes as usual, but keep them firm (not too much milk and butter).
    Boil sliced carrots, not too soft, and leave on the side.
