Short Ribs And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. short ribs, sliced (4 to 6)
    2 large zucchini
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ribs on both sides, drain grease.
    Pour tomatoes and Italian seasoning over ribs.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover, bring to boil for 5 minutes, then simmer until ribs are tender. Slice zucchini and place over ribs.
    Simmer until zucchini is tender.
    Serve on platter with zucchini and tomatoes around ribs.
