Spaghetti Sauce With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1/4 c. chopped parsley or 2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 c. (lb. can) tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of basil
    2 small cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil in large skillet for 10 minutes.
    Add meat and garlic salt; brown.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Uncover; cook 30 minutes.
    Add to or spoon over cooked spaghetti.
